IP Address Info
Who holds an IP block, where it is registered, and who to report abuse to.
This tool has to ask the internet. What you enter is sent to our server, which queries public DNS, registry or certificate data on your behalf. We never log it, store it, or pass it to anyone else — but unlike the browser-only tools, it does leave your device.
About the IP Address Info
Takes an IP address and reports which organisation holds the block it belongs to, which registry allocated it, the network range, and the abuse contact published for it.
When you would use it
- Finding out who to report abusive traffic to.
- Checking whether an address belongs to a hosting provider, a consumer network or a corporate range.
- Confirming which registry region an address was allocated in.
What it does not tell you
The registry lookup runs from our server. It describes who holds the address block, not where a person is or who is using it: geolocation from an IP address is approximate at best and often wrong at city level, and a VPN, a mobile carrier or a proxy makes it meaningless. Never treat an address as identifying an individual.
